Social Responsibility skills are part of GRC dog sports (link to GRC page). This test was designed to demonstrate a set of life skills for companion dogs. These skills are evaluated in the SR test which is a prerequisite to participating in the drive sports of GRC. Skills include loose leash walking, “middle” command, down stays under distraction (including handler going out of sight), and “front” command.
