This 40-minute orientation and swim training session provides personalized instruction with a dedicated instructor in the pool, focused on enhancing your dog's confidence in water activities. Each dog receives a properly fitted life jacket for safety, along with toys and treats to make the experience enjoyable and foster a positive association with swimming. This introductory session not only familiarizes your dog with the pool environment, including learning how to enter and exit using the ramp, but also equips you with crucial safety knowledge. By the end of the session, if your dog is comfortable entering the water independently, you'll feel confident managing their future recreational swimming sessions. However, if your dog still needs assistance entering the pool, our ongoing swim training sessions are ideal for gradually building their confidence and swimming skills.
After completing your orientation swim session, you are welcome to utilize the pool independently to exercise your dog. It is important that your dog can confidently use the ramp provided for entering and exiting the pool. Recreation swims offer an ideal opportunity to engage your dog in low-impact exercise that helps burn calories, particularly beneficial for dogs who enjoy swimming
