6mo & up || 6 Classes || Rolling ------ Does your dog have basic manners and you are ready to take it to the next level? Working towards the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) title is a great starting point for more advanced training opportunities such as therapy dog, dog sports, or advanced life skills.
In the CGC test, your dog must pass ten mini-tests including: calmly greeting a stranger, loose leash walking with distractions, staying in place, coming when called, and being left with a new person.
This class is designed to prepare students for the official AKC CGC Test, which is held at our facility on a quarterly basis. When you are ready to take the test, contact us to arrange an assessment.

We offer positive, practical, and fun solutions that will help you include your dog once baby arrives. We want to help ease families into the transition from pet parents to baby parents with dogs.
6mo & up || 7 Classes || Curriculum ------ This is our quintessential obedience class – your dog will learn skills such as sit, down, wait, stay, focus, come when called, drop it, leave it, and more!
We address common training struggles – nipping, biting, jumping on people, pulling on the leash, stealing food, and destructive chewing.
You’ll learn new ways to communicate and work with your dog as a team, all while building a long-lasting relationship. This class is a fantastic way to begin working with your dog in a new environment around distractions.
All Ages || 6 Classes || Curriculum ------ This class teaches the foundations of nose-oriented searches for food. During this class, we focus on building your dog’s confidence in searches, problem solving skills, and developing a love for scent work.
After you have completed our Intro to Nosework For Fun course, you may enroll in either Search For Birch or Super Sniffers.

Puppy Optimists is a dynamic group class designed specifically to help prepare your puppy for a calm and positive adolescence.
By now your puppy is past their socialization window, but we still want to help ensure their world view continues to come from a place of optimism!
Each week, you will learn to work as a team and help your pup feel more confident through a series of games, exercises, tips, and tricks. You will finesse old habits and teach them new skills to get them through their adolescence.

16wk-6mo || 7 Classes || Curriculum ------ This class follows the AKC’s S.T.A.R. Puppy program to teach our puppies basic obedience such as – sit, down, come, drop it, etc.
We also address potty training troubles, play biting, jumping on people, destructive chewing, and pulling on leash.
At the end of your 7 weeks of class, your puppy will take the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy test and get a cute little certificate showing just how hard they have worked!
8wks-3yrs || 15lbs & under ------
Do you have a small dog and are searching for a safer alternative to a dog park? Look no further! Our Small Dog Play Group is a fun and tiny-sized option to help get your pup some socialization!
This play group is helpful for practicing good social skills, developing confidence around other dogs, and finding appropriate sized playmates.
To make sure that no pups feel overwhelmed, this group maxes out at six dogs and is always supervised by an experienced trainer.
8-15wks || 4 Classes || Rolling ------ Your puppy’s “critical socialization window” is the most influential period in their life. At this young age your puppy’s confidence and social skills are much more important than their obedience.
In Successful Socialization, we’ll introduce your puppy to: playtime with other puppies, social skills, new surfaces, noises, objects and obstacles.
We also discuss a few puppy life skills – such as potty training, crate training, play biting, jumping on people, and destructive chewing.

6mo & up || 6 Classes || Rolling ------ Does your dog love learning new tricks and skills? Our Trick Dog class is a great option for mental enrichment & confidence building. Some tricks can also be useful in real life – such as fetching your slippers from the closet, or putting your recycling in the bin.
Your dog can learn tricks like: play dead, roll over , peek-a-boo, item retrieval (hold & drop), paws up, leg weaves, and more!
