This workshop is perfect for creating fun yet structured socialization experiences that help your dog build confidence, learn to navigate new environments, and strengthen the bond and focus between you and your pup. Each week, we’ll expose your dog to a variety of sights, sounds, and situations. With guidance from our trainers, you’ll practice real-life skills in a supportive, structured setting while gaining the knowledge and tools you need to set your dog up for long-term success.
Perfect for all ages, this class will walk you through cooperative care techniques. Beneficial for brushing, teeth brushing, nail trimming, vet visits, and grooming visits, the information in this class will provide your dog with a sense of agency. Classes are 60 minutes in East Helena, and the class is $300. This class will be capped at 5 dogs. The cost of the class provides materials and equipment that are yours to keep after the class ends.
Through engaging exercises and real-life practice, you’ll learn how to guide your dog in making calmer choices, even around distractions. Each session, we will be going over a different distraction:
Session 1 (10/3): Resisting treats
Session 2 (10/10): Navigating other dogs
Session 3 (3/17): Control around toys
Session 4 (10/24): Understanding movement
