In 2023 Blue Fawn Maine, LLC opened its doors in Waterboro, Maine. Located in the Village District of Town, BFM’s training facility is 12 minutes north of Sanford and 25 minutes west of Biddeford on Route 202. Blue Fawn Maine specializes in behavioral training, as well as offers pack walking, private sessions, workshops, and more.
FOR PUPPIES 8-16 WEEKS OF AGE. Congratulations on your new addition! Once you've settled in and have found some of the 'new puppy excitement' has given way to "what have we done?!", it's time to get to work! Raising a puppy is no joke - it's hard work! You have likely realized that puppies have a 'witching hour' where they transform before your eyes from a sweet, lovely little pup to a wild ball of fur and teeth (this is typical and you're not alone in getting through this stage!). To mold your new addition into a famiy companion you can love AND live with, you'll want all the support you can get. Let me help guide you through the common puppy challenges like house training, potty training, chewing, biting, nipping and more. We'll introduce collar/harness/leash training and many of the baby basics along with the invaluable skill of teaching your puppy to look to and learn from YOU! Class includes proper socialization to people, puppies, sights, sounds, surfaces and novel experiences to create the companion you'll share your world with for years to come.

This course will guide you and your puppy into the world of dog sports, introducing the foundation skills necessary for a successful career in a variety of fun sports and games! Light and engaging, I’ll introduce brain, connection and confidence building exercises to reign in the puppy energy and prime their minds for picking up new skills.
