Our AKC CGC-U class is designed to prepare your dog for the unique challenges of navigating city and neighborhood environments. Over the course of 6 weeks, your dog will learn to safely and confidently handle urban scenarios, including crossing streets, ignoring food or trash on the ground, calmly passing other dogs and people, and navigating stairs or elevators. Training sessions may include field trips to real-world locations to practice these skills in action. At the end of the course, the official AKC Urban CGC test is included, showcasing that your dog can be a trusted, polite companion in any bustling urban setting.
