Puppy Start Right Preschool Open Enrollment $200.00
Puppy Preschool is for under-vaccinated puppies up to 20 weeks of age. This class includes in-person classroom instruction with your certified trainer, tutorial videos to use at home, and step-by-step written instructions. The Puppy Start Right program is excellent for building communication with your puppy, raising a confident and resilient puppy, and teaching life skills.
Online Behavior Adjustment Training (BAT) Deep Dive $199.00
Learn about what BAT is, how to use BAT for building confidence, working through fear, leash reactivity and aggression, learn BAT leash skills, reading dog body language, prompts to influence your dog, when to make decisions for your dog, and when to let the dog make decisions, how to do BAT setups, Ninja BAT, and Double Dog BAT, when to work with a Certified Behavior Adjustment Instructor, and when it's safe to go it on your own. This class is suitable for pet parents, shelter staff and volunteers, and trainers. Share up to three 3 videos of your training and questions about those videos throughout the course for feedback from your Certified Behavior Adjustment Training Instructor. A back clip harness and 15ft leash are required for BAT. Additional Purchase Options: 15ft leash at a discounted rate of $20 for a 3/8 and $25 for 1/2 x 15. Also available for purchase is our recommended harness the Balance Harness for $40. Pick-up by arrangement or delivery is available for an extra shipping fee.
AKC STAR Puppy - Using Games to Teach Structure Open Enrollment $225.00
AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy is an incentive program to get you and your puppy off to a strong start to demonstrate that you have taken the time to take your puppy through basic training. Combining Socialization, Training, Activity, and Responsibility in a humane, fun games-based format, this version is unique to many S.T.A.R. Puppy courses. After at least six weeks of attending class, you and your puppy are eligible to take the test and then become enrolled in the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program. This class is for purebred and mixed breed puppies. This class is often taken as a prerequisite for the AKC Canine Good Citizen.

Using clear marker cues and well-timed rewards, we’ll guide you through teaching your dog real-world skills without boring drills or harsh corrections. Instead of focusing on outdated obedience routines, you’ll build trust, clarity, and focus through practical games and structured practice. Level One Foundations for Real Life is for dogs 2 and their handlers who know a little but not a lot of skills. If you do not know how to effectively use a marker in training (clicker or marker word), you and your dog should start in this class. This class provides a supportive and engaging learning environment that empowers both dog and human to succeed.
