Using clear marker cues and well-timed rewards, we’ll guide you through teaching your dog real-world skills without boring drills or harsh corrections. Instead of focusing on outdated obedience routines, you’ll build trust, clarity, and focus through practical games and structured practice. Level One Foundations for Real Life is for dogs 2 years or older and their handlers who know a little but not a lot of skills. If you do not know how to effectively use a marker in training (clicker or marker word), you and your dog should start in this class. This class provides a supportive and engaging learning environment that empowers both dog and human to succeed.
