Walks will be done at either an off-leash dog friendly park (for Off-Leash or Long Line walks) around town or On-Leash if doing a socialization outing around town. These walks are an opportunity for your puppy to practice appropriate social skills, have positive dog-dog interactions while walking together and/or positive socialization outings experiences. While they are not structured training sessions the trainer will help guide you and answer questions you may have during the walk.

Shaping is a skill for BOTH the handler and the dog as well as a great way to boost your dog’s thinking and problem solving skills which in turn boost their confidence and optimism! The first portion of the workshop will be handlers only and then move into handler/dog work and demonstrations. There are 4 Handler & Dog Working Spots Available! Working dogs must be comfortable in your vehicle (while not working), have an established marker and release word and be able to work with you around other people. Working spots are suitable for dog-reactive dogs as only one dog will be working in the building at a time.
