Canine Sports Zone facility and Services, Terms & Conditions: 
 
 BY ATTENDING CLASSES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES AT CANINE SPORTS ZONE, I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 
 
 (A) Vaccines and health: I hereby certify that my dog is current on Rabies vaccinations, and any additional vaccinations as recommend by my veterinarian; and that I will keep my dog current on all such vaccinations while attending Canine Sports Zone. I also certify that to the best of my knowledge my dog is free of parasites and free of communicable diseases. I agree to NOT BRING my dog to the building or grounds of Canine Sports Zone if I know or suspect that my dog is ill. 
 (B) Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability / Risk of Injury: I understand that being around dogs and participating in activities at Canine Sports Zone involves some risk of injury to my dog(s), myself, and my guests, and I accept these risks. I understand and accept full responsibility for the acts and activities of my dog(s), myself, and my guests, anytime we are in the building or on the grounds of Canine Sports Zone. I am aware that there are inherent risks and hazards involved with and around dogs, and I am voluntarily participating in the activities with the knowledge of these potential dangers. I am not relying on Canine Sports Zone, Shawna Richgels, Fiona Thompson, and Deb Schulman to prevent such occurrences. In order to participate in Canine Sports Zone training classes, demonstrations, or other activities, I, being fully informed of such risks and hazards, agree to assume ALL RISK OF SUCH OCCURRENCE. I hereby release Canine Sports Zone LLC, Shawna Richgels, Fiona Thompson, Deb Schulman,  Patrick Richgels, employees or volunteers, and their respective administrators, directors of Canine Sports Zone from any and all claims of liability, illness, losses or injury to my dog, myself, my guests, and including damage to property. 
 (C)Participant should inspect the facilities and equipment to be used, and if they believe anything is unsafe, he or she should immediately advise instructor and staff of such condition(s) and refuse to participate. 
 (D) Aggressive Animals – I understand that aggressive dogs towards humans and/or animals are not allowed on premise of Canine Sports Zone. 
 (E) Personal items. I understand that Canine Sports Zone is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal items. 
 (F) Videotaping: I understand videotaping is allowed of my run only, and not of the lecture or other students. Videotaping is for my use only and will not be posted for public use on YouTube, websites or any social media. 
 (G) I understand it is my responsibility to always clean up after my dog on while on Canine Sports Zone premises. 
 (H) Cancellation Policy: As much as we care about all of our customers and their dogs, and we are extremely pained when we hear of either personal or canine tragedies, our training is a business. We cannot keep running classes or seminars if costs are greater than income and labor expended. We budget and hire instructors for classes and seminars based on being able to fill an exact number of spots. The instructors and the facility are booked not based on number of people ultimately attending, our costs remain the same. We had to develop a cancellation policy that takes this into consideration and that treats everyone equally. We do not make exceptions to this policy as it is impossible to judge whether one person’s emergency is more important and more deserving of a refund or credit than the next person’s. We do the best we can to maintain an active waiting list, but we cannot guarantee that there will be a waiting list if you have to cancel. 
 (I) An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and in some cases death. By entering CSZ, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
 (J)I understand absolutely no refunds are given after the date of the first class. 
 
 I will follow and uphold all policies and procedures and take full responsibility for the actions of myself, my dog, and dogs in my care.
