It's a great way to building an amazing relationship with your dog as you both learn how to work with each other. They are often great building blocks for learning needed behaviors in other sports. You'll get to practice a variety of training techniques, like luring, shaping, and target training. Having a set of tricks your dogs knows and is confident in can help them in situations where they are nervous or unsure, like the waiting room at the vet. You also get to show off to your friends!
This class will teach some basic tricks along with the foundations for more advanced tricks. There will be some flashy tricks included as well! Dogs will all be working on tricks at the same time, so only one dog per handler and dogs must be able to work while around other dogs.
Prerequisites: Dogs must be at least 6 months old and able to work comfortably around other dogs and handlers. This class is not ideal for dogs with dog-dog aggression or on-leash arousal concerns. No flexi-leashes, prong, choke, or e-collars allowed.
