For group classes, we ask that dogs are comfortable around other dogs and people and don’t bark or lunge. If your pup gets a little too excited or reactive, our (re)activity program is a great place to start. It helps dogs build confidence, focus, and the ability to calmly be around others so they’re ready to enjoy group classes in a safe and positive way!

In this workshop we'll get in extra skill practice with position dogs for visits, stay practice, permission to visit, handling distractions. We'll spend some time discussing topics related to preparing for evaluations and visits. Teams will be advised on next steps with an upcoming Therapy Dog Skills class or other class options better suited to meet their goals.
