This service is for Graduates of CK9's Stay and Train Program, or for those special clients who's dogs are extremely well crate trained, and easy for us to board over night in our facility or in our homes.(per case basis)
Each day we’ll teach and practice healthy socialization with our pack. This means your dog will learn how to stay calm around excitement, walk well on a leash, and healthy manners around humans and other dogs….all while having fun. Because we’ll be keeping low numbers, we’ll work with your dog as an individual and focus on their specific needs.

Requirement
You must have had at least one private session with Shannon, Haley or Kayla before entering this class.
This is a great class for you if you need to challenge your dog's obedience and impulse control around other dogs and distractions!
This class is for dogs that:
Are quiet around other dogs. (not barking and lunging)
Can engage with their handler
Are ready for harder obedience challenges.
This is an intermediate to advanced group class.
If your dog has some basic obedience commands already, this is a great class to start to proof those commands!
This is where most people should start with their dog training journey.
Let us get to know you and your dog inside and out. Start our training in a low distraction setting so your dog can win and make progress.
On average, most dogs need at least three to eight sessions to help make head way on most behavioral issues.

All Resource Guarding behaviors (toy/food/handler/furniture/space)

Sessions are catered to you and your needs. We can also cover how to create desirable behaviors, such as basic and advanced obedience commands, scent work, and tricks.
Sessions are very hands on an interactive! We also will work on how to cultivate a better relationship between you and your dog. Changing the dynamic between you two will ultimately produce a better-behaved pup!
BE PREPARED TO DO HOMEWORK IN BETWEEN SESSIONS. IT IS MANDATORY TO MAKE PROGRESS.
As a new client it is mandatory to purchase 3 lessons up front. Once those three lessons are completed, we can continue training on an single session basis

4 Classes to use when you want
This class is great for dogs who are very reactive/ aggressive towards other dogs. Reactivity is barking, lunging, growling at other dogs.
This class is for dogs that:
Bark and lunge at other dogs as they pass.
Are reactive or "appear aggressive"
Can't focus on the handler in a normal obedience class.
Is dog friendly, but doesn't appear to be when restrained.
We will be focusing on/Learning:
Handlers leash handling skills
Be prepared to change how you live with your dog
Teaching the dog how to relax in the presence of other dogs
Learn to read your dogs body language to understand when your dog is going over threshold
How to build engagement from your dog through play or food rewards
How to Build a better relationships therefore better communication
Dissecting why your dog is reacting in the first place.
Learning about timing/marking for treating and/or use of corrections.
Its a learning environment to help you execute walks out "in the wild"
How important it is to guide your reactive dog to make better decisions- and how to execute this!
Discovering What leash and collar system will work the most effectively to help control your dog and communicate effectively to your dog.
Client expectations: Open to learn new techniques, be ready to take a private session if your dog can't handle the class room style. The only clients that aren't allowed are the dogs who literally would bark the entire time (this is only because you wont be able to hear the instructor)
Advisement: Its recommended to take a 1:1 private first to get the individualized attention, so you can learn things to apply in the class. Not a requirement but recommended.
The use of a harness is not allowed in the class.
