This Workshop is designed for anyone looking to get started in the sport of disc...This Workshop is designed for anyone looking to get started in the sport of disc dogging (playing disc or Frisbee with your dog) or any current players looking to set a strong foundation for a new dog. Concepts and skills covered in this course will be appropriate for first time beginners and backyard players looking to take their game to the next level.
Concepts Include: Connecting with our dogs, disc choices, and disc flight mechanics. Team movement for safety and successful catches. Building a higher drive for the game and retrieves. Multiple discs and more team movement options. Working at a distance and Putting it all together for game play.
This is an ALL DAY workshop (6.5 hour day). There will be a 30min break for lunch. Lunch not provided - please bring any food/drink that you require.
