Different grips and releases will be demonstrated and coached and many other coaching tips from one of the best in the world. Want to get a good freestyle foundation, sign up for this course! This is an ALL DAY workshop (6.5 hour day). There will be a 30min break for lunch. Lunch is not provided; please bring any food/drink you require.
