This 6 week course taught by a CGC approved evaluator will prepare your pup for the AKC Canine Good Citizen Test. This course is appropriate for dogs of all breeds and ages over 1 (under 1 see AKC S.T.A.R Puppy Class). Upon passing, you can submit your Canine Good Citizen Title Application with AKC.

At the end of this course your instructor will administer the AKC S.T.A.R Puppy Test. Upon passing the test you'll get an application to send to AKC for enrollment in the program. AKC will send you a medal, a certificate, list your puppy in the AKC S.T.A.R puppy records and more.
In Agility 101 you will learn the basics to get your pet started in Agility and will learn how to properly complete maneuvers and obstacles like A Frame, weave poles, jumps, tunnels and more. This class is REQUIRED to be able to participate in Agility drop in classes, Advanced Agility, and to participate in Open Gym.
Barn Hunt is a fast-paced dog sport that tests a dog's natural instinct to hunt for rats (safely enclosed in ventilated tubes) hidden in a course made of straw or hay bales. Dogs navigate tunnels, climb bales, and use their noses to locate the hidden rats, while handlers guide and encourage them. It's a fun, scent-based activity that builds confidence and teamwork, suitable for many breeds and sizes. Barn Hunt emphasizes safety, enthusiasm, and the joy of the hunt without harming any animals.
Basic Obedience Class is perfect for dogs of any breed or age eager to start their journey toward becoming well-mannered adults. This class focuses on foundational skills and socialization to help your furry friend be a confident and obedient companion.

Our Puppy Obedience Class is perfect for young pups eager to start their journey toward becoming well-mannered adults. Tailored for puppies aged 12 weeks to 6 months, this class focuses on foundational skills and socialization to ensure your furry friend grows up to be a confident and obedient companion.

NO DOGS, THIS IS A HUMAN CLASS ONLY! This class is a lecture, demonstrations, and hands on training. Misty tailors her class to groomers and pet professionals, however this class is suitable for pet owners as well. Class includes a handbook, emergency muzzle, card and display certificate upon completion

Households with more than one dog can do a Semi Private Tutoring Session. Separate handler REQUIRED for each dog. Only sign one of your dogs up for this class but please make sure you have both dogs registered in our system.
If you think your pet is able to skip a level, you can schedule a test out to have your pet evaluated. If your pet passes the Test Out then you will be able to move on to the next level without taking the prerequisite course.
