Our 3-week Reactive Group Class is designed specifically for dogs who struggle in traditional group settings — and for owners who may feel a little anxious about joining them.
We work in small, controlled groups, focusing on building solid foundations in basic obedience while gradually developing impulse control and neutrality around other dogs.
This is a supportive, structured environment where dogs can work at a distance that feels safe and manageable. There’s no pressure, no overwhelm — just clear guidance, practical skills, and real progress.
Each week we change locations to help dogs generalise their behaviour in different environments, ensuring the skills transfer beyond the training space and into real life.
This class is perfect for:
Reactive or easily overstimulated dogs
Dogs needing structured exposure
Owners who want a safe, understanding space to build confidence
A space for dogs and their people to grow — together.
Our Community Canine Club is designed to help owners work on real-world skills in a supportive, small-group environment. Whether your goal is calm leash walking, better focus around distractions, or simply helping your dog feel more confident, these sessions provide structured practice and professional guidance.
We welcome all dogs — including reactive and sensitive ones — with a focus on progress, not perfection.
Take your dog’s confidence to the next level in our low-light Twilight Sessions. Perfect for naturally cautious or suspicious dogs—and great early exposure for puppies—these small-group sessions focus on real-world public scenarios in low or no light. Gentle, guided exposure helps your dog learn to stay calm, confident, and curious after dark.
Keep your dog’s odour skills sharp and strong with our small group drop-in sessions!
Designed for dogs already on odour, these classes give them the chance to:
• Practice in new environments
• Reinforce their search skills
• Work alongside other dogs, with lots of guided support
Why you’ll love it:
• Small groups = more individual attention
• Focused, fun, and practical
• Great for dogs who need extra exposure and experience
Our Farm Day Stay & Train program offers structured, purpose-driven training — not daycare.
With small group numbers, each dog receives a minimum of two individual training sessions per day, focusing on obedience, impulse control, and confidence building.
A major focus is dog neutrality, teaching your dog to stay calm and engaged around others without the need for interaction.
We also incorporate real-world exposure, including everyday triggers like vacuum cleaners, leaf blowers, and lawn mowers, helping your dog become more resilient and adaptable in daily life.
This is not a social daycare environment — dogs are here to learn, work, and build skills that carry over into the real world.

Regular exposure sessions are one of the most effective ways to reinforce training, prevent unwanted behaviours, and help your dog thrive in everyday life.
A one-on-one session designed entirely around you and your dog. These private sessions allow us to focus deeply on your specific goals, whether that’s behaviour concerns, obedience foundations, reactivity, confidence building, or refining skills in real-life environments.
Each session is tailored to suit your dog’s needs, including the location and level of distraction. Location is confirmed prior to the session and negotiated based on the behaviour we’re working on.
This is dedicated time with me to assess, coach, troubleshoot, and give you clear, practical steps to move forward with confidence.
This small, specialised group class is designed exclusively for dogs currently training with us who need a lower-arousal, more structured group environment.
Classes are capped at smaller numbers, with increased spacing between dogs and carefully selected, low-arousal activities to support emotional regulation, focus and neutrality.
This is not a busy or chaotic class.
It is a controlled, supportive space where reactive dogs can safely practice their skills around others, building confidence, stability and real-world reliability.

Myself and Xena will be travelling to Sydney to offer a limited run of private training sessions, followed by a small group class.
This format allows teams to build skills in a one-on-one setting first, before progressing into a controlled group environment.
Private sessions are highly recommended for reactive dogs, as they provide:
Individual assessment
Tailored handling strategies
Time to build foundations and confidence
Several weeks to prepare for the group class challenge
Once foundations are in place, teams can then step into the small group class, where skills are practiced around other dogs in a structured, supported setting.
This format gives reactive dogs the best chance of success — not overwhelm.

Discover the incredible world of scent detection and unlock your dog’s natural ability to search, problem-solve and work with focus and confidence.
This beginner-friendly workshop introduces dogs and handlers to the foundations of scent detection in a fun, structured and low-pressure environment. You’ll learn how to build your dog’s motivation, teach clear search behaviour, and start your dog on their first target odour — no prior experience required.
Perfect for pet dogs, reactive dogs needing confidence-building work, high-energy dogs needing a mental outlet, and anyone interested in starting scent work for sport or enrichment.
Scent detection is one of the most powerful tools for building calmness, engagement and fulfilment — and this workshop gives you everything you need to get started!
This course also includes a FREE casual drop in session! To help continue building your dogs skills!
Week 1 is all about handling, timing, and understanding the theory behind exactly what behaviour we want to see from our dogs. We’ll be working off snake skins, and this session is mostly focused on the handlers — learning how to apply the technique correctly and clearly.
Week 2, we’re joined by the Canberra Reptile Zoo, where we practise the same skills using live snakes. This is where we really proof the behaviour and help dogs learn to make good choices around real-life distractions.
If you’ve already completed this course before, you’re encouraged to join us again for Week 2 to continue practising and strengthening your dog’s snake avoidance skills.
