This is also a good time to ask and talk about everything else that may be important. You will get recommendations about the nutrition and exercise, maintenance and valuable training tips towards the future. Then we will jump into a training lesson so that you will experience our training system and see some immediate improvement right away! Your dog handling skills will be evaluated as well as your dog's responses, so that we can develop the best plan of action.Together, we will determine what program options are most suitable for your pup and for you! This is a 2 month program consisting of 8 weekly lessons or 4 lessons and 4 professional day train sessions(depending on what your dog will benefit most from). We will teach you how to train your dog and how to become a supportive and confident handler your dog wants you to be :)! We will focus on building a relationship based on leadership, respect, communication and motivation . The program covers house manners, loose leash walking, vital recall command, drop it, sit, down, place, and stay. Be prepared to come weekly for your one-on-one coaching sessions and homework assignments. Be ready to practice at home daily. Upon completion an AKC STAR Puppy certification is available to all students under the age of 12 months.
