All appointments are required to be prepaid and they are non-refundable.
If rescheduling is required, please email dumbledogs@outlook.com a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If your appointment is on the weekend, we need to be notified before Friday 6PM.

Our behaviour consults are 1 on 1 appointments with one of our teams trainers. Each appointment lasts 60 minutes long and are in person at either our facility, your home or a public place, such as a park.

If the behaviour is a sudden change, we recommend taking your dog to the vet first for a full examination and bloodwork before making an appointment.

All appointments are required to be prepaid and they are non-refundable. As of April 2022 our in-facility appointment costs are $100 + GST. Private sessions outside of our facility are subject to an additional travel fee.
