This session is not suitable to reactive dogs, consider an audit spot instead. You will be contacted to verify and confirm your dog's suitability for this class.** If your dog has a hard time with routine care such as nail trims, you’re not alone. Dogs experiencing such fear often resist, struggle, growl, and even bite. Labeled as “difficult” or “high maintenance”, necessary care often gets put off or struggled through, leaving dog guardians feeling frustrated, guilty, and even hopeless. Fortunately, we can help our dogs feel better about nail trims and so that they become willing participants, leading to less stress for you and your dog! This workshop will focus mainly on building better cooperation with tips to restart your nail care routine with your dog. We will also be teaching a scratch board behaviour - so your dogs can help file their own nails!
