Agility Drop In's for students who have taken an agility class (any level) with us prior, or with instructor approval
Prerequisite Agility Levels 1 and 2
This course focuses on advanced handling skills, working around distractions, obstacle discrimination, and learning how to plan and run full courses.
Our basic obedience course is designed for dogs ages 7 months and up who have had no or limited experience with training. For those with a newly adopted dog, this class would be a wonderful starting point!
Topics covered in this class will include sit, down, stay, leave it, coming when called, good leash walking, getting and maintaining your dog's attention. We will also work on proper manners around other dogs and people and address common concerns such as jumping and barking.
This class is designed for those interested in the next level of advanced training. The class follows the standards of the AKC Canine Good Citizen program and teaches the skills required for that test.
Skills taught in this class include polite greetings, basic obedience skills, polite behavior around dogs on leash, and maintaining neutrality when around different distractions. At the end of the 6-week course all skills should be able to be performed with no food rewards or inhibitive training equipment.
At the end of this course, the handler and dog team will be given the Canine Good Citizen Test, and upon passing will receive an AKC certificate and title.
Intermediate Obedience, Tuesdays at 6:00pm $195.00
This class is geared towards those with dogs who have a good understanding of their basic obedience commands or for those who have completed our Puppy Foundations or Basic Obedience classes.
Emphasis will be placed on solidifying your dog's skills and obedience around distractions in increasingly difficult environments even when treats are not visible.
This class is a prerequisite for our Canine Good Citizen class.
This group class is designed for puppies between the ages of 8-16 weeks at time of enrollment. The focus of the class will be on building strong, confident puppies in addition to laying strong foundations for future training. In addition, we'll troubleshoot common puppy challenges such as crate training, house breaking, jumping, mouthing, and more!

Intro to Puppy Socialization, Thursdays at 5:30pm $150.00
This group class is designed for puppies between the ages of 8-16 weeks at time of enrollment. The focus of the class will be on building strong, confident puppies in addition to laying strong foundations for future training. In addition, we'll troubleshoot common puppy challenges such as crate training, house breaking, jumping, mouthing, and more!
Puppies ages 16 weeks to 7 months are encouraged to join this class to work on basic commands and continue their work on having good manners. Emphasis will be placed on obedience to include sit, down, stay, come, heel, and good leash walking. In this class we also address the adolescent stage of a growing dog and the different challenges that may present during that time.
Rally Obedience is a fun, fast-paced competitive sport that demonstrates a dog and handler’s ability to perform basic obedience exercises.
Modeled after Rally style car racing, Rally Obedience is a course of exercises that are followed by reading the instructional and directional signs.
This course is open to all dog and handler teams wanting to build teamwork and to challenge their skills navigating the course together. Dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes will love this non-traditional take on training class.
If you've got a dog that can't seem to stop sniffing, then Scentwork is for you! Teach your dogs to use their nose effectively in this fun, engaging class that will be sure to tire your pup out. This class introduces the basic elements of tracking and nose work. Learn how to locate a hidden scent or item, lay a track, how to get your dog to follow a track, how to tell if your dog is on the right track, and when your dog has found the source of the scent.
Level 1 of this course is open to dogs of all breeds and ages.
In this class, you and your dog will learn some fun, entertaining tricks to delight everyone they meet.
In this class you will learn different methods for trick training as well as teaching your dog a variety of basic tricks such as sit pretty, roll over, spin, crawl, 'read' your name, and more! The sky's the limit so if you've been waiting for an opportunity to see all that your dog can do, this class is for you!
For those who are interested, this course can be used to earn the AKC Novice Trick Title.
