We are a positive training school offering classes in puppy kindergarten, pet manners, agility, rally obedience, scent detection, competition obedience, tricks and more. We also have a number of mini workshops and weekend seminars hosted at our facility. With our wide variety of classes and workshops we have a program for every dog!

Offering over 5400 sq feet of play space in the agility room. Complete with foam agility flooring for superior traction and comfort. Agility room has a full set of competition quality agility equipment.

Our 1600 sq ft obedience room offers plenty of room for puppy classes, pet manners classes and sport classes.

Our instructors are chosen for their compassion, knowledge, experience and accomplishments in dog training and their field of dog sports. Our instructors are judges, seasoned competitors, and top winning trainers. They will help you bring out the best in your dog and accomplish all your training and competitive goals.

You and your dog will also work on increasing distance and duration to your common obedience commands and work many of the skills needed to pass the Canine Good Neighbour test. Locations will be emailed out to students closer to the start of the class. Flyball is a relay race run at top speed with four dogs to a team. The first dog on the team runs down a line of four jumps, triggers a box to release a ball, the dog catches the ball and then runs back down the line of jumps to the start. The next dog on the team then runs the sequence until all four dogs have completed the race. The fastest team wins. This workshop is for all levels. Dogs that have never played the sport before or those that have completed flyball classes can all attend. Dogs should have basic obedience skills and have no reactivity or aggression issues towards dogs or people to attend.

This class will introduce you and your dog to the fun game of Urban Locating by NASDA. The purpose of the Urban Level is to simulate the work of both historic and modern urban hunting dogs. The fundamental features of the Urban Locating working tests are to show the dog’s ability to locate a quarry (gerbil in our case) in a human environment. These environments can be indoors our outdoors and may include urban parks, a street, a developed garden space, a warehouse, working barn, etc. The Urban Locate level 1 class will introduce your dog to gerbils (safely contained in ventilated quarry boxes) and how to hunt for them in an urban setting. We will teach you to recognize and read your dog’s alert/indication on the live gerbil tubes. Your dog will begin basic searches geared towards building confidence in finding and alerting on gerbils.

The first dog on the team runs down a line of four jumps, searches and retrieves their wooden dumbbell from a box with four dumbbells in it, then runs back down the line of jumps to the start. The next dog on the team then runs the sequence until all four dogs have completed the race. The fastest team wins. Scent hurdle is a great balance of thinking/working skills and racing for the dogs. This class is for all levels. Dogs that have never played the sport before or those that have completed scent hurdle classes can all attend. Dogs should have basic obedience skills and have no reactivity or aggression issues towards dogs or people to attend.
