This yoga class will be appropriate for any animal handler, agility enthusiast, and dog owner, no matter the level of experience with yoga: even if you have NEVER done it before!
Please bring your Yoga mat and dress in comfortable athletic attire.
Come practice moves and flows that WILL also improve your handling, fitness, and focus. Taught by Katie Cohen
