Unlocking Scentwork Membership – The Artful Alert Location: South Broadway Christian Church (Denver) Day/Time: Mondays @ 12pm Cost: $120/month (rolling enrollment) Ready to tap into your dog’s most powerful sense? The Artful Alert is the foundational level of our Unlocking Scentwork program—designed to build confident, focused scent dogs from the ground up. This ongoing membership class introduces your dog to all four common scentwork odors (Birch, Anise, Clove, and Cypress) and teaches a clear Trained Final Response (sit or down at odor). Whether you're prepping for competition or looking for a mentally enriching outlet, this class builds independent problem-solving skills, focus, and joy in the search. What’s Included: Weekly in-person classes (dogs work individually while others rest in crates) Take-home scent kit for continued practice Coaching on start-line routines, reading your dog, and supporting their search Progression into advanced levels based on skill—not a fixed timeline Requirements: Dog must be 6+ months old Able to crate comfortably during class No prior scentwork experience required This class operates on a rolling enrollment basis—your registration date becomes your monthly renewal date.
