We highly recommend that you read about all of our programs on the website prior to submitting a Behavior Questionnaire Form, especially in regard to the tools we use for our Fresh Start Board & Train Program. We are a balanced training company, and we want to make sure you will be comfortable utilizing the tools that come with these programs before enrolling. If you are interested in multiple services, please check all that apply and we will help you decide which is best for your dog based on how you answered the questionnaire.
