Your dog will be picked up from the address specified in the shuttle instruction form between 8:30 - 9:30am and will be brought back to the same address between 2pm-3pm. The shuttle service liability form and shuttle service instruction form need to be filled out before we pick up your dog(s). If your address is outside of the city limits, please contact us to inquire about potential extra costs.
