IMPORTANT DETAILS: This class is for dogs aged 5 months or older who are ready to advance skills learned in Puppy class or who are new to training. The dogs attending this class must not be reactive or aggressive towards people or other dogs. This class is designed to simulate real life situations and teach the skills necessary to navigate them successfully. Over the course of six weeks you will work alongside your dog to learn skills that translate perfectly into your everyday life, including basic obedience like “sit”, “down”, and “leave it”, loose leash walking skills, and impulse control. All dogs attending this class are required to have age appropriate vaccines (DHPP/DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies) and have had a fecal sample analyzed and deemed free from intestinal parasites by a veterinarian.

This class is for Puppies aged 8 Weeks to 16 Weeks (2 months to 4 months) to specifically address important early socialization and manners.
All Puppies are required to have age appropriate vaccines (DHPP/DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies*) and have had a fecal sample analyzed and deemed free from intestinal parasites by a veterinarian.
*Rabies vaccine may be administered as early as 12 weeks but is at the discretion of your veterinarian.

CPR And First Aid For Your Pets:
5+ hour class including CPR techniques, first aid skills, health care and wellness information for dogs and cats. Does not include dental care or senior care.
Additionally, the class includes our PetSaver® 40-page handbook and upon successful completion, each participant will receive a certification card. Sometimes the unexpected happens… Will you be prepared to take action when it does?
Please note that this registration will ask you for a pet- do not bring your pet to class.
Our building is not accessible. We are on the 2nd floor mezzanine, accessed only by stairs. If you need an accommodation, please reach out for other options.
There are 2 restrooms on site. There is a kitchen with fridge and microwave. You may bring food/ snacks/ beverages to class.

Initial consultation for 1:1 in-your-home training. Current Merry Puppins clients who book recurring dog services with us receive $50 off the regular consultation rate. Our trainer will meet with you in your home to discuss your training goals, and any issues or concerns you are experiencing. Please allow 1.5 hours to discuss a training plan.

An initial consultation for in-your-home 1:1 training. We will discuss your training needs, any concerns or issues you are experiencing, and recommend a training plan for your dog. Please plan to spend 1.5 hours with the trainer.
