You will be purchasing 1x60 min session OR 3x 60 min private sessions based on Puppy Curriculum OR Basic Manners Curriculum. There is a 60 day expiry on your sessions once paid for. Behavioural specialties like separation anxiety, anxiety, reactivity etc will be referred to a colleague who specializes in the area you dog needs attention in the most if your Mindful Mutts Trainer deems more appropriate (at the time of your first session).

Each individual dog and their surroundings and level of participation and commitment offered by a dog's guardian are subject to nuance and circumstances beyond any dog trainer's control. As dog trainers, we give you the tools to apply to your dog and their home environment and we coach you through that, but we are not magicians and should not be expected to perform or show results that may not be possible. If we think we are not the right fit, or that there is a more specific challenge that someone else may be a better service provider for, we will offer a referral.

All dogs must wear a harness, and a standard 6ft leash for training sessions unless previously discussed with your trainer. No shock collars, prong collars, choke chains or Flexi leashes will be permitted.*

This is an Agreement between Mindful Mutts- Positive Training & Consulting, from herein referred to as Mindful Mutts, and the person signing this electronic form, from herein referred to as the Owner. The following are the terms of service for the pet who's name is entered below, from herein referred to as the Pet(s), to stay at Mindful Mutts in any capacity.By filling out this form The Owner certifies that they are eighteen years of age or older and the legal Owner of the Pet(s)*I agree

The Owner acknowledges that this Agreement applies to the current sessions and any subsequent sessions of the Pet(s) at Mindful Mutts. The Owner agrees that appropriate notice will be given in writing by Mindful Mutts if there are any changes or additions to these terms and conditions in order to better serve our clients. The Owner agrees to waive all liability Mindful Mutts, as well as subcontractors and staff hired by them, and any others affiliated with Mindful Mutts*

Once purchased, all private training will be be non refundable, non transferable, and have an expiry date for ALL training credits of 60 days from date of purchase.*
