Take your pup’s skills to the next level! Designed for graduates of our Puppy Manners and Intermediate programs (or dogs with solid basic obedience), this advanced class builds focus, control, and handler skills—both indoors and out.
We’ll strengthen leash walking, introduce off-leash exercises, and work through real-life distractions with:

This course is for puppies up to 1 year old who have taken Puppy Manners or already have basic training – it’s time to continue with training and have some fun while you do.
We start off by increasing your dogs' focus and control by introducing distractions – LOTS of them.
We’ll be working indoors in training centre and get to practice off leash-recalls, heeling, sit/stays and down/stays. We’ll add some fun and bring out the agility equipment to introduce them to jumps, tunnels and more.
Start your puppy off right with this fun and informative 6-week class! Designed for puppies 10–16 weeks old, this course builds confidence, teaches basic obedience (sit, down, come, stay, leash walking), and helps prevent common puppy problems like nipping and jumping. You'll learn how to read your puppy’s body language, build a strong bond, and lay the foundation for lifelong good manners—all in a safe, social environment.
Build skills and have fun with this combo class in Agility and Rally Obedience!
Designed for dogs 8 months and up with basic obedience skills, this class introduces teamwork, confidence-building, and focus through engaging Rally and Agility exercises. Strengthen your bond while teaching your dog to navigate courses, follow cues, and enjoy learning together.

Mannerz in Motion – Beyond the Basics is designed for dogs and pet parents who’ve already completed formal training—such as our Puppy Programs or Foundation Skills—and are ready to level up! This small-group class (3–4 dogs) focuses on strengthening real-world manners, sharpening attention, and boosting your dog’s confidence in everyday environments.
Across four weeks, you and your dog will practice structured exercises that refine leash walking, improve responsiveness around distractions, and reinforce the skills needed for calm, focused behaviour. Each session builds on the one before it, giving you practical, actionable training tools you can use at home and out in the community.

Canine Life Skills – Dogs 1 Year+
Ready to take your dog’s training beyond the classroom? This 4-week course starts to buildsconfidence, focus, and real-world manners for dogs and their humans. We’ll work indoors and out in the community — from local shops to parks — to strengthen handling skills, trust, and calm behavior around distractions.
You’ll Learn:

Perfect for Foundation Skills grads, rescue dogs, and those starting therapy dog prep. Limited to 4 dogs.
Pre-requisite: Formal training with Muttz with Mannerz and dogs must be at least 1 year old.
If you haven’t done training with us and this is the class for you and your pup. This program is good for adolescent and rescue dogs to build the foundation necessary to set them up for success.
In this class we will discuss the foundation pieces required for training, the different stages and focus on teaching your pup the following:
Basic obedience-sit/stay, down, walking nice on leash, leave it, drop it
Have your dog focus on you with low distractions.

Challenge your dog’s mind and body while strengthening your bond! In this Funshop, your dog will be introduced to the basics of agility, including weaves, jumps, and tunnels, creating a fun and enriching experience for both of you. You'll also learn about Rally Obedience which helps build confidence and teamwork. You'll teach your dog to navigate courses, follow cues, and enjoy learning together.
Looking for a fun, low-impact activity to enjoy with your dog? Join us for a 1-hour Canine Hoopers Funshop, designed especially for pet parents and their pups who want to explore this exciting dog sport together!
In this interactive workshop, you and your dog will be introduced to the world of canine hoopers—a confidence-building, flowing sport that focuses on teamwork, communication, and FUN. You’ll learn what hoopers is all about, how it differs from agility, and why it’s a fantastic option for dogs of all ages, sizes, and abilities.

Tap into your dog’s natural hunting instincts with our scent detection classes! This fun and rewarding activity builds teamwork, boosts focus, and strengthens your bond. Great for dogs of all breeds, ages, and personalities, each dog works one at a time using the Wintergreen scent. Classes follow SDDA guidelines and can prepare you for future competition—or simply provide an exciting mental workout your dog will love.
A behaviour assessment is performed on every prospective daycare client, providing dedicated time to best understand your objectives for your dog’s day school experience (price on request). If the scheduled assessment day or time doesn't work for you, please contact us to arrange an alternative.
