My Next Step is the second level of obedience training designed to build on the foundations established in My Foundations. This program focuses on enhancing your dog’s skills with increased distractions, duration, and precision. You’ll work on strengthening recall, impulse control, and advanced loose leash walking while reinforcing confidence and focus. The flexible 8-class pass ensures you can progress at your own pace within a 3-month period, with a final graduation assessment to determine readiness for the next stage to come.
** Important note: You must have completed My Foundations with My Dog Trainer, or had private lessons to be eligible for this class **

🐕 Dogs 5 months or older with full vaccination (or titre test)
No previous training required.
📍 BANORA POINT PRIMARY SCHOOL
⏰ 6 x Saturday classes at 6:30PM NSW TIME
🤑 $235 for all 6 classes.
We will help with this and much more:

We also have Essential Training Packs available to purchase with everything you need to ensure you have the right equipment for a safe and happy dog.
MY DOG TRAINER classes are not dog play groups. We teach your dog real world skills, and how to stay engaged with you while other dogs and people are all working in a safe environment.
We don't offer make up classes if you can't attend the scheduled class dates. (We aim to keep your classes on consecutive Saturdays, if we need to, we reserve the right to postpone or amend if unavoidable)

Where: Currumbin Community Special School
When: 6 x Consecutive Saturdays at 9:45am (45mins class)
Dogs: 5+ months
No previous training required! Having a great dog, starts by nailing the basics. We will introduce markers, basic obedience skills like sit, drop and recall plus much more.
Teaching structured play, a highly valuable reward system, & engagement exercise, we will help you build a strong bond with your dog.
