Please be respectful of the surrounding businesses and do not allow your dog to urinate on the concrete or adjacent walls.
If you are concerned about your dog marking in the facility, we have belly bands for male dogs that you can ask for at the front desk.
If you have a female who is in season, you may still participate in class but we ask your dog wear panties while on the training floor. These are available at the front desk if you do not have any.
Client understands we are balanced trainers but encourage owners to do what they feel is right for their dog. We do not have restrictions on training tools used in class as long as they are used in a clear, humane method. The trainer reserves the right to restrict tools if not used properly or expel from class any owner who uses a tool in an inappropriate way. Examples of tools would be head halti, gentle leader, no pull harnesses, pinch collar, choke chain, e-collar, martingale collar, muzzles, etc.
Cancellation Policy:
All training fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Trainer reserves the right to cancel group class lessons due to weather, illness, extenuating circumstance or Acts of God.
