30 minute Private Lesson with trainer Stephenie Galvan. Stephenie is experienced in teaching all levels of scent work and with a variety of odors. These classes can teach you how to start on primary odor (food) which can branch out to common trial odors (birch, anise, etc) or be geared for sport training like NASDA (hunting for rat odor or deer sheds) or lost items like wallet, keys, etc.
Whatever your goals are, these lessons can help your dog get a solid foundation or be geared for trial preparation if you want to compete in scent work trials.

These series of 6 classes will set the foundation for solid obedience while also covering handling and socialization. At the end of the 6 week series, puppies who have attended every class are eligible to try for their AKC Star Puppy Title and earn a ribbon.
For dogs over a year old that are just starting their obedience journeys, this is the class for you! These classes will cover sit, down, come, stay, walking on leash, place, and answer basic training questions. These classes are not appropriate if your dog has fears/aggression/reactivity.
Introduction to conformation handling for the AKC show ring. This class will help prepare your dog for what the judge will expect and the basics of stacking, gaiting, and examination as well as answer any questions about how dog shows work, what to pack, how to do entries, etc. This class is appropriate for AKC, IABCA or Sieger Style showing.
This new enrichment class is focused on going beyond the basic commands and adding some fun tricks to your dogs repertoire. Trick skills often build on themselves and is a great way to teach your dog how to learn new commands and discriminate between commands. Dogs who master 10 tricks can apply for their Trick Dog Title.
Crash Lessons are 30 minute Private Training sessions meant to address single issues, or to fit in training when owners have otherwise busy schedules. These can not be booked for any fear/aggression cases.
Feisty dog lessons are intended for dogs dealing with any issues that may prevent them from doing normal group classes. Issues that can be covered in a Feisty Dog Lesson would be on leash reactivity, noise phobias, general fears or anxiety, or aggression to other dogs/people. Feisty Dog Lessons can be purchased individually or as a package. Please note depending on the issue, several lessons may be needed to address the root issue for your dog and to set new habits.
This group class is a fun combination of obedience and an introduction to fun agility obstacles. This class is a drop in class, so come when you can without a commitment to a 4-6 week program. Any age can join the fun and class will be modified as needed for each dog. This is not the appropriate class if your dog has aggression or reactivity.
Skills covered in the class will be an introduction to agility obstacles, confidence building, and basic obedience of walking on leash, placing on a dog bed or cot, sit/down stay and general focused attention. Dogs will rotate through the class and will be either working on an obstacle or working on a stay command.
Does your pet get overly excited when seeing new people or dogs on walks? IIf you'd like to work on proper manners approaching people and dogs for greetings on leash this is the class to try. Dog should have a reliable walking command and some basic obedience skills such as a sit/down prior to enrolling in the class. This class is not appropriate for dogs with aggression/reactivity. During class we will work on passing by dogs neutrally, and how to approach in a calm manner. During class we will provide neutral dogs for approaching and passing by so your dog can get lots of practice.
This class is the first stepping stone for your puppy's learning journey, combining socialization, introductory obedience commands, and lots of play including a taste of some fun agility games. This class is specifically for dogs under 1 year old.Young puppies should have a minimum of 2 vaccines completed to participate. Skills covered in this class will be an introduction to agility obstacles, confidence building, starting of the sit/down/focus commands and beginning of a wait and stay with small distractions. Additional commands can be covered depending on the class size, although class size is limited to a maximum of 6 dogs. This class is not appropriate for dogs with aggression to dogs or people.
Rally obedience is a fast paced sport that combines the skills of formal obedience with agility-like courses. In Rally you navigate through a course with each station designating a particular skill for your dog to demonstrate. The fastest and most accurate team can win titles/prizes through the AKC. In this class we introduce you to some of the signs and start introducing simple courses to get a taste of what Rally Obedience requires.
A structured 6-week group class for owner-trained service dogs and service dog prospects working toward reliable public access and task readiness. This class focuses on advanced obedience, calm neutrality around dogs and people, impulse control, environmental confidence, and group-safe task foundations. Teams will practice real-world service dog skills in a controlled, supportive setting.
Prerequisite: Basic obedience and ability to work calmly around other dogs.
Not for: Reactive or aggressive dogs.
This course supports service dog training but does not guarantee service dog status or public access rights.
