Board your dog with us while you're on vacation or having construction done at your home. Dogs live in the house with the pranaDOGS family on their own bed. They have access to our 20acres of dog heaven with a confidence course, parkour options spread throughout and pools in the summer. NOTE: Anyone boarding must have a prior relationship with pranaDOGS. All dogs must be altered.
Great for new puppies or a dog who needs to brush up on their manners, our 3-week Stay and Learn Program focuses on Household manners, Group manners and the Top 10 Behavior all dogs need to know. We also work your pup through individual problem behaviors. The dogs stay with us for 3weeks, but not in a kennel, instead in a home setting so we can work on their household manners! And after training, we get together twice to work one on one with the parents and other family members. The cost is currently $1,990 but is increasing to $2,450 in May of 2025- so book your spot now!
Drop off and pick-up days are typically Tuesday or Fridays.

Sessions are held at pranaDOGS (in Ignacio, CO) or online.
Basic Manners & Communication Class is our entry level class where we talk about the type of training, problem solving and where we work dogs (and their people) through the Top10 Behaviors all dogs need to know.
Adopted a dog from La plata County Humane Society? You're entitled to a free 1x1 session! These sessions are 45-min long and are held on Saturday afternoons at La plata County Humane Society (1111 S. Camino del Rio Durango)
In this 3-hour (humans only) session we cover the strategies we use to work our dogs through their reactivity. We demonstrate how to teach different behaviors and when to implement them. We also cover best practices and what to do when. No matter if your dog is barking behind a fence or on a leash, this course is for you!
After having a week to work your pup through some of the exercises, we get back together-with a handful of other reactive dogs - and practice. Don't worry we have multiple trainers on hand to guide you through the steps. This is a perfect opportunity to build your confidence and practice the strategies in a controlled area.
