To book please e-mail [email protected] or call 587-534-0736 for direct assistance in finding our earliest available appointment that aligns with your schedule. Completion of an initial consultation appointment (virtual or in-home) is required in order to become eligible to book a Private Coaching Session. Must begin within 90 days following consultation appointment once you've received the trainer's proposal and purchased the minimum recommended number of training sessions. Frequency of training sessions is determined by you and the trainer based on the initial consult discussions and progress throughout. We highly recommend establishing a schedule with a standing reservation to get the most out of this process. Should the need to reschedule arise, you can do so without any financial penalty up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. All prices are subject to 5% GST at checkout.
