If you are interested in private lessons we start with the initial consultation thru Zoom. Here we learn more about your dog, your training goals, your dogs behavior history and start setting realistic training goals for everyone. From there we will help you decide which training package is best for you and your dog and help you get set up and on the schedule.
The initial consultation is done virtually thru Zoom. As we continue with lessons they are done in your home or in public areas.
This is a 6 week class that meets once a week . The total cost for the 6 weeks is $225.00. Using a using fun, reward-based methods, owners gain a firm understanding of why our dogs respond the way they do. This class is learning the foundations to how your dog thinks, why they do what they do and how to create a great bond with your dog all while improving your dogs manners. For dogs 4 months and older.
During this course your dog will learn: Targeting, settle, sit, down, watch, leave it and come (recall) and leash skills.
The first class is without dogs so we can go over the human side of training. We will be having class at a park in Moore. You will be working around your car. Bringing a chair for you or sitting in the back of your car is recommended. We will go over everything else during the first class.
These lessons are for your dog to learn how to Stand Up Paddle Board or Kayak.
These lessons are held at Lake Stanley Draper. The SUP or Kayak is provided. You just need to provide your own life jacket and optional a life jacket for your dog.
Your dog just needs to be comfortable with the trainer touching or holding them.
We will be working on confidence and safety around the water. How to get on and off the SUP safely. How to balance and be comfortable on the SUP.
Each lesson is 1.5 hour long.
The trainers are not SUP or Kayak instructors. If you have prior experience on a SUP or kayak that is preferred. We can teach based on our experience using SUP's and Kayaks.
