With an emphasis on engagement, focus, and learning to work enthusiastically with their handler, this class is great for dogs of all ages—from puppies to adolescent dogs, or even older dogs.
Topics will include foundation sport skills such as learning how to work at the handler’s side, an introduction to using targets and stations, using toy play and food as a reward, as well as all the basics like sit, down, stay, and coming when called.
🚫 Reactive dogs (dogs that aggressively bark, lunge, or growl at people or dogs) are not eligible for this class, but may be suitable for Reactive Rover. Please contact us for recommendations.
