This six-lesson course helps your dog learn the most requested skills like sit, stay, walking on a leash, and to stop jumping, skills that will set you and your dog up for a lifetime of success and desirable behavior. The first half of lesson one will cover Orientation. We will work on a few exercises with your dog during the remainder of class. Basic Manners Online is for dogs aged three months or older. American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen (AKC CGC) Prep Course - Santa Barbara $175.00

Our American Kennel Club - Canine Good Citizen (AKC CGC) Prep Course will focus on the ten American Kennel Club CGC test requirements. This course will include five 45-60 minute working classes, with testing on week six. Dogs must understand obedience basics, be non-reactive, and be able to work in close proximity to other dog/handler teams.
The AKC CGC Test is PASS or FAIL. AKC Official paperwork is included for PASSING TEAMS. Please note: An additional fee paid directly to the AKC is required to have your CGC Title recorded with the AKC.

A class just the right size for your small dog! Small Dog Basic Manners is open to dogs 4-months of age and older and weighing up to 25 pounds.
Tailored specifically for dogs who need to learn the basics, but might feel nervous around larger canine peers. Intermediate/Advanced Rally is for handler/dog teams who have completed Intro to Rally, or are already competing in AKC Rally. This course will include Intermediate and/or higher level Rally Courses. We will meet for six lessons. **Dogs will attend all six lessons.
Introduction to Rally - Santa Barbara Campus $125.00
Rally is a team sport using pictures and words to instruct the dog/handler team to maneuver in a specific order and direction. The pictures and words are printed on 8 1/2" x 11"Rally Signs, held by sign holders and placed on the ground in a specific order creating a course. A Rally Sign may instruct the team to take two steps forward and turn to the right, or to back-up three steps and have the dog sit. Many of the maneuvers are performed with the dog walking in heel position on the left side of the handler.
This Course will meet for six lessons. Dogs must be a minimum of five months of age, and have basic obedience skills and some loose-leash walking skills.

Puppy Kindergarten teaches basic manners and socialization for puppies aged 9 to 15 weeks old at the time of registration.
