Whether your pup is a seasoned swimmer or just dipping their paws in for the first time, this orientation will help ensure a positive and safe experience. This orientation is for same household dogs. If you’d like to come with a friend, have them fill out a booking form and contact us, we will gladly add them in and extend the pool time! What to Expect at Your First Visit: 1. Check-In & Paperwork Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. You’ll be asked to complete a waiver. 2. Facility Tour We’ll give you a quick tour of the pool area, including: * Dog entrance and exit ramps * Life jacket station * Dry-off area * Rules signage * Dog Potty Area and Cleaner locations 3. Intro to the Water We go at your dog’s pace. First-timers will start gradually: * Walking near the water * Getting their feet wet on the ramp * Introducing life jackets and floating toys * Encouraging voluntary entry with food, toys, or handler support 4. Handler Tips We’ll coach you on how to: * Support your dog physically and emotionally in the water * Recognize signs of fatigue or stress * Use toys or commands to build confidence * Keep swim sessions fun and low-pressure Price: $50.00 Ready to make a splash?
