Day Training is similar to a board and train but your dog stays in the comfort of your home. We come to your home, work with your dog for one hour, one or two days each week and a private lesson with you once a week. The lesson is where we transfer the training over to you and teach you how to maintain it. Having a lesson once a week is crucial to the training because long-term, you are the one who we want your dog to listen to and have a relationship with.

During the Day Training sessions, we will either work with your dog at your home for an hour or take your dog for an outing to practice training around distractions. We send pictures and short videos after each session so you can enjoy being a part of the process of seeing your dog learn and have fun!

All of our programs start with the initial 1.5 hour in-home lesson ($185). After the initial appointment, then you can begin a Day Training package.

Training Fees:

At the completion of your Day Training Program, if you would like to continue with Day Training sessions spaced out further apart, you can continue with our maintenance program and buy Day Training Sessions in a package. Maintenance Packages must be used within a 6 month timeframe.

 

5 Day Training Maintenance Program:  $725 

10 Day Training Maintenance Program: $1,400

Individual Day Training Session: $155

Services:  Trainer agrees to provide sessions working with the dog individually and private lessons for Client and Dog on a lesson-by-lesson basis, the goal being to teach Client how to train and work with Dog. These training sessions and private lessons will take place at Client's home. Trainer will make every reasonable effort to help Client achieve training and behavior modification goals but makes no guarantee of Dog’s performance or behavior as a result of providing professional animal behavior consultation. Client understands that he/she and members of the household must follow Trainer’s instructions without modification, work with dog daily as recommended, and constantly reinforce training being given to Dog.

 

Cancellation Policy: If Client fails to give at least 48 hours cancellation notice, or is not present at time of scheduled appointment, lesson fees are still due. For a package deal, the lesson will be counted towards the lessons remaining in the package.

Liability:  If Dog causes property damage, or bites or injures any dog, animal or person (including but not limited to Trainer and Trainer’s agents), during or after the term of this Agreement, then Client agrees to pay all resulting losses and damages suffered or incurred, and to defend and indemnify Trainer and Trainer’s agents from any resulting claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs or expenses, including attorney fees. If Dog is injured in a fight or in any other manner during or after the term of the Agreement, Client assumes the risk and agrees that Trainer should not be held responsible for any resulting injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses.

Photo Release: I grant permission to Sweetwater Bark LLC to use myself, any other family members attending training and my pet's photograph(s) and/or video(s) taken during training sessions for educational and promotional purposes of Sweetwater Bark LLC in any type of media.
