Liability & Safety Agreement
I understand that dog training involves inherent risks, and I agree to take full responsibility for my dog’s behavior, safety, and well-being during all training sessions, both on and off my property. I agree not to hold the trainer liable for injuries, damages, or losses caused by my dog.

Health & Vaccination Confirmation
I confirm that my dog is in good health, free from contagious conditions, and up-to-date on all required vaccinations. I agree to inform the trainer of any changes in my dog’s health or behavior.

Payment Terms
I understand that 50% of the total program fee must be paid before any lessons begin. Payment plans may be available upon request, and all invoices are handled through the BusyPaws client portal.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
I agree to follow the trainer’s cancellation and rescheduling policy. Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations may be subject to fees or forfeiture of the session.

Media Permission (Training Purposes Only)
I give permission for the trainer to take photos or videos of my dog for training, progress tracking, instructional purposes and/or public social media platforms.
