Five week class, 60 minute sessions. Take your dog's basic skills to the next level and help him or her become the best brewery buddy ever! Teaching your dog good brewery manners is the best thing you can do to keep breweries dog-friendly. Certified Brewery-Friendly Dog Titles are a fun way to structure your training! First session of class is handlers only.

Course designed specifically for reactive dogs. Eight total weeks of class. Week one is a human only orientation followed by three weeks of applied skills practice. Week five is a skip week to allow schedule flexibility. Week six is a progress session for humans only, followed by three weeks of applied skills practice. Initial consultation required.

Summer School is a shorter version of Growler's Gathering to accommodate busy summer schedules!
This class is specifically designed to prepare dogs for other group classes or public access in general. Emphasis is placed on making space for the dogs to make their own good choices.

Big skills require big impulse control! Help your dog dismiss and move past distractions in challenging environments. Flat collars, harnesses, or gentle leaders and 6-10' leashes required. No retractable leashes, slip, prong, chain, or e-collars. *All classes utilize food and toy rewards. Bring your dog's favorites!
Utilize stationary behavior to handle distractions & maintain control of your dog while you are disengaged from them. Please bring a size-appropriate (big enough for your dog's whole body with some wiggle room) mat/towel/blanket/cot AND a stuffed, frozen food toy. *All classes utilize food and toy rewards. Held most Thursdays @ 5:30pm. Enjoy weekly opportunities to practice our version of a Pack Walk geared towards reactive dogs. We utilize rehearsed protocols and predictable outcomes to enhance your dog’s social skills.
All dogs must have completed the Growler's Gathering class or are currently enrolled in one to participate.
INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL REQUIRED. Morning and afternoon times available. Utilize public parks & locations to practice known skills around dogs & people with the goal of staying calm and comfortable. Handlers may choose to use long lines or standard 6' leashes.

INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL REQUIRED. Held most Fridays at 9am. A group buddy walk amongst the trees! Dogs will stay on leashes (long lines up to 20' are welcome) unless safe situations suggest we can do otherwise. Trails are mixed graveled logging roads & Forest Service roads with some, though not much, incline. Light hiking boots with ankle support are recommended.
