This form takes about 5–10 minutes. We ask a lot of questions because reactive work has so much nuance, and the more we know upfront, the more we can help!

Be honest and don't be afraid to include as much detail as you'd like! We're not here to judge - We've heard it all, and we can't help you well without the full picture.
