The session begins with an assessment of your dog's swimming abilities and comfort level, allowing the trainer to tailor the experience accordingly. Each dog receives a properly fitted life jacket for safety, along with toys and treats to make the experience enjoyable and foster a positive association with swimming. This introductory session not only familiarizes your dog with the pool environment, including learning how to enter and exit using the ramp, but also equips you with crucial safety knowledge. By the end of the session, if your dog is comfortable entering the water independently, you'll feel confident managing their future recreational swimming sessions. However, if your dog still needs assistance entering the pool, our ongoing swim training sessions are ideal for gradually building their confidence and swimming skills.
