Join us in a pawsome adventure for beginners, partnered with the Chardon Recreation Department! Together, we’ll explore the town and work on outdoor manners like walking nicely on a leash, “leave it,” relaxing in public, and friendly greetings. This four-session class takes place in various spots around town.
While we can’t tackle reactivity here, check out our Chill! class for reactive pups, or contact us for more support. Bring the whole family along, but ensure one adult is always responsible for the dog. You’ll need a harness or regular collar (no choke, prong, or e-collars), a 4-6 foot leash (no retractables, please), a treat pouch, plenty of tasty tiny treats, and poop bags. If kids under 15 are joining, they can get involved with an extra leash. Let the fun begin!
