This session, held two weeks before the first class, covers odour handling and how to introduce your dog to their target odour, giving you time to begin conditioning at home before you arrive in person. Your kit box needs to be in place before this session. Without it you won't be able to start your dog on odour ahead of time, and you'll lose that valuable preparation window. The course then runs across six weekly in-person sessions, with a longer gap built in early on to give you and your dog maximum time to consolidate before progressing. Homework between every session is expected and essential to your dog's development.
